Success 4 U Foundation was founded and established as a nonprofit in 2010 in California, and is dedicated to helping teenagers and their families from impoverished communities.  The foundation provides a Leadership and Empowerment Academy for these struggling teenagers in need of help by teaching life skills, building character and healthy self-esteems, and personal empowerment through integrity, goal setting, developing leadership skills and boundaries, and how to use their personal power and leadership skills for positive change.  We help teen girls and boys (ages 13 – 17) to develop a healthy outlook on life through holistic programming delivered by trained professionals and practitioners from academia, corporations, medical health agencies, businesses, faith-based and other non-profit agencies.

The foundation is located in Southern California and we serve primarily Latino and African American students and families from impoverished communities.  A unique part of the foundation’s programs is that we offer a specialized curriculum for both the Teen Leadership and Empowerment Academy for girls and Pass the Torch Leadership and Mentoring Program for boys.  Another aspect of these programs is the family involvement.  We provide several specialized training sessions for parents concurrently with the teen programs.  Parents are an integral part of this effort.
